Return Policy

If it's something I made, I will refund your money as long as the item is not soiled, damaged or torn. However, you pay the shipping. I want a happy customer.  

If it's something that has been special ordered such as something that has a name embroidered on it, there will be no refunds. I will, however, send the customer a mock up (via text or e-mail) of the item to be embroidered to sign off and approve before the item is embroidered so any changes can be made.
